摘 要:文章借助2种不同方法,测定了包钢生产冷轧薄板的屈服强度、抗拉强度、断后伸长率、拉伸应变硬化指数(n)值和塑性应变比(r)值。对2种不同方法得到的实验数据进行比较,结果表明,用光学非接触引伸计自动测量的方法具有较高的可靠性和重现性。With the help of two different methods,the yield strength,tensile strength,elongation after fracture,tensile strain hardening exponent( n) value and plastic strain ratio( r) value of cold-rolled sheet produced by Baotou Steel were determined. The experimental data obtained from the two different methods had been compared. The results showed that the method of automatic measurement with an optical non-contact extensometer was with better reliability and reproducibility.
