摘 要:城市地质环境是城市发展的基础物质条件,进行城市地质环境承载力综合评价对城市的规划建设中合理开发、回避短板、发挥优势具有重要指导作用。本文回顾了承载力的起源及城市地质环境承载力评价不同阶段的发展特点,总结了目前城市地质环境承载力评价中的评价指标特定性、承载力阈值相对性及承载力评价的复杂性等关键特性。剖析了目前承载力评价面临的承载力发展规律和作用机理认识不清、不合理评价模型和阈值设定引起的结果偏差及评价体系内涵不定等问题,最后提出了城市地质环境承载力研究的未来发展方向和着重点。Urban geological environment is the basic material condition of urban development. Comprehensive evaluation of urban geological environmental carrying capacity plays an important role in guiding urban development,avoiding short board and giving full play to its advantages. This paper reviews the origin of bearing capacity and the development characteristics of different stages of urban geological environmental carrying capacity evaluation,and summarizes the key points in the current carrying capacity evaluation,such as the specificity of evaluation index,the relativity of bearing capacity threshold and the complexity of carrying capacity evaluation. Analysis of the current problems such as carrying capacity evaluation are bearing capacity development rules and mechanism is unclear and unreasonable,the result deviation caused by the irrational evaluation model and the threshold setting, the indeterminate connotation of the evaluation system. finally puts forward the future development direction and key of the carrying capacity of the city geological environment.
