运用红色文化资源增强高校辅导员工作实效性探究

摘　　要：作为开展大学生日常思想政治教育工作的骨干力量,辅导员需努力增强工作实效性。形成于革命年代的红色文化资源具有引领大学生树立正确思想意识、指引大学生养成奋发向上学习品质、辅助大学生形成良好生活习惯的价值。目前高校辅导员运用红色文化资源过程中存在一些挑战,辅导员必须提高自身综合素质,创新红色文化资源的内容、方式、载体等,以提高运用红色文化资源增强高校辅导员工作的实效性。As the backbone of carrying out the daily ideological and political education of college and university students, counselors must work hard to enhance the effectiveness of the work. Red cultural resources formed in the revolutionary era have played a role in leading college and university students to establish correct ideology, guiding students to develop positive learning qualities, and assisting students in forming good living habits. At present, there are some challenges in the use of red cultural resources by college and university counselors. Counselors need to improve their overall quality and innovate the content, methods, and carriers of red cultural resources, so as to enhance the effectiveness of college and university counselors＇ work by using red cultural resources.
