文化协同视域下高职校园体育文化与企业体育文化对接路径探析

摘　　要：文化协同视域下的高职校园体育文化与企业体育文化对接,能够促进双方互利共赢,有利于深化校企合作,推动现代职业教育的可持续发展。在分析高职校园体育文化与企业体育文化对接瓶颈的基础上,提出高职校园体育文化与企业体育文化对接的路径:物质资源整合共享,搭建对接平台;制度结构取长借鉴,建立保障机制;精神文化碰撞升华,塑造校企特色。In the perspective of cultural synergy, connection between higher vocational campus sports culture and enterprise sports culture, could promote mutual benefit and win-win cooperation, deepen school-enterprise cooperation and promote the sustainable devel- opment of education. On the analysis of the vocational college campus sports culture and the enterprise, on the basis of sports culture docking bottleneck, this paper puts forward the path of the connection between higher vocational campus sports culture and enterprise sports culture： sharing physical resources integration and building docking platform, learning from system structure and establishing guarantee mechanism, sublimating cultural collision and shaping characteristics between colleges.
