摘　　要：我国地热能资源丰富,且实现了地热能资源大规模经济性利用。雄安地区应加快地热能开发,形成以地热能为主、多能协同的能源生产和消费模式,到2030年,雄安新区地热能占一次能源结构的比重达到30%,居民供暖占比超过90%。将地热能利用的"雄县模式"升级为地热能高质量开发利用的"雄安模式",并推广到全国地热能资源丰富的地区。为此,应尽快明晰地热能的作用和概念,建立完善地热能的管理和监管体制机制;加强资源勘查评价,摸清地热能资源家底,在雄安新区先行先试;依据《可再生能源法》,对中深层水热型和干热岩型地热能开发利用给予大力支持。China is rich in geothermal energy resources and has realized large-scale economic utilization of geothermal energy resources. It is suggested that accelerating the development of regional geothermal energy in Xiong＇an,forming an energy production and consumption mode which is given priority to geothermal energy,with pluripotent collaborative; in 2030,geothermal energy in Xiong ＇an accounts for about 30% among the primary energy structure,and for more than 90% of the supply heating of residents. Moreover,＂Xiong county model＂of geothermal energy utilization is upgraded to the ＂Xiong＇an model＂of high-quality exploitation and utilization of geothermal energy,and which is extended to areas with abundant geothermal energy resource throughout the country. Therefore,the function and concept of geothermal energy should be clarified as soon as possible,and the management and supervision mechanism of geothermal energy should also be established. It suggests strengthening the resources exploration and evaluation,finding out the geothermal energy resource,and being prior to carry and try in Xiong＇an new district. Besides,according to Renewable Energy Law,great support is given to the exploitation and utilization of geothermal energy in middle-deep strata water and hot-dry rock.
