摘 要:调角器核心件作为车用座椅的关键部件,对车用座椅的乘坐舒适性与可靠性有着重要作用.研究了车用座椅调角器核心件的总体结构及其啮合传动原理,分析了行星齿轮系传动过程中的干涉、卡死等问题,并通过实例验证了少齿差行星齿轮的重合度及齿廓重叠干涉系数,对设计与制造车用调角器核心件具有重要参考作用.The core piece of the angle adjuster,as the key part of automobile seat components,plays an important role in seats' comfort and reliability. The paper studies the overall structure of the core piece of the automobile seats and its meshing transmission principle,analyzes the problems such as interference,getting stuck and so on in the planetary gear transmission,and finally verifies contact ratio and tooth profile overlap interference coefficient of less tooth differenced planetary gear through examples. That is of great referential significance to both the design and the manufacture of the automobile core piece of angle adjuster.
