摘 要:环状的油田污水系统是一个结构和水质复杂的网络体系,目前没有合适的方法可以解决其水力仿真问题。从油田污水系统的关键元素出发,通过分析系统的管网结构、水质特点,结合连续性方程和能量方程,建立了油田环状污水管网的水力计算模型,并据此开发了油田环状污水管网水力仿真软件,对生产实际中污水管网进行计算。分析结果表明,油田环状污水管网水力计算方法能有效处理环状管网结构的水力仿真,计算偏差小,完全满足工程计算要求,能为工程设计以及生产实际提供理论和数据支持。The annular oil field sewage system is a network system with complex structure and water quality. There is no suitable method to solve the hydraulic simulation problem at present. Based on the key elements of oilfield sewage system, by analyzing the pipe network structure and water quality characteristics of the system, combined with the continuity equation and energy equation, the hydraulic calculation model of the annular sewage pipe network is established. Based on this, the hydraulic simulation software of the annular sewage pipe network is developed to calculate the sewage pipe network in the actual production. The analysis shows that the method can effectively deal with the hydraulic simulation of the annular pipe network structure. With small calculation deviation, this method can fully meet the engineering calculation and provide theoretical and data support for engineering design and real production.
