从热情到方法:话剧初创期专业化追求对演出水平的提升

摘　　要：爱美剧运动提倡以业余演剧挽救早期话剧的危机,原因在于其认为文明戏的衰落,是源于话剧职业化构成了话剧发展的障碍。然而文明戏的衰落并非由于职业化,而在很大程度上源于从事者对方法、技术和演剧规范的生疏,以至于无所顾忌地胡乱发挥而致。而在新兴话剧立足未稳,专业规范、创作观念尚未完整之时,孤立地反对职业化,也模糊了掌握话剧创作所必需的技术方法的难度。业余演剧本身也不足以自发地产生演剧的创造力,相反还可能把演剧活动带入没有约束的散漫状态。后来话剧的发展表明,真正使得中国建立起本土的话剧体系的,正是职业化的作风和对专业方法的探索钻研精神。The Amateur Movement promotes to address the crisis of drama in the early period by performing amateur drama. This reason of the decrease of civilized drama,it is regarded,is the fact that professionalism of drama constitutes an obstacle to the development of drama. However,the decrease of civilized drama is not attributable to professionalism,but largely to the disacquaintance of the practitioners to the method,techniques and norms of performance. Even,it is because of the over-performance. At the time when the new drama is not well established,and professional norms and concept of creation are immature,an isolated opposition to professionalism obscures the difficulty of the technical methods that must be acquired in the creation of drama. The amateur performance itself is not enough to generate the creativity of drama performance; conversely,it is likely to lead drama performance to a boundless status. It can be seen from the later development of drama that what made China establish a domestic drama system is professionalism and the studious and enquiring spirit in professional methods.
