摘 要:中国古代昭穆制度适用于同宗之人,起着明确辈分的作用。然而,考察宋代社会却发现父子同辈、弟为兄子这种"紊乱昭穆"的事例屡见史书。宋代无论是皇室内部的"升行",还是民间"以孙为子""养弟为儿"的事例,都是历来传统社会"紊乱昭穆"习俗的遗存。当时法律对此并无明确条文规定,导致官员在实际审判时带有极强的随意性,但相反的是当时的舆论对此抱有明确的批判态度。显见受到理学思想浸染下的宋代社会,在走向秩序化的进程中逐步改变着"紊乱昭穆"的传统习俗。The ancient clan system of China was applied to the people of the same clan and played a role of clarifying the division of generations. However, examples of father and son were of the same rank and brother adopted brother as their son, which has been mentioned many times in the history books. Through the collection of traditional historical materials, it is known that the cases of the song dynasty, both royal and folk, are the remains of ancient traditional customs. However, it was found that there was no clear provision in the law at that time, and that led to the fact that officials were very personal in the actual trial, but the opposite was that there was a very specific critical attitude about that. But public opinion at the time was clearly critical. It is obvious that the society of Song Dynasty,under the influence of neo-confucianism, gradually changed the traditional custom of"disorder the clan"in the course of moving towards order.
