摘  要:采用SolidWorks建立了3种不同换热管排列方式缠绕管式换热器的物理模型,利用Fluent流场模拟软件,考察了缠绕管式换热器内管排列方式及入口流速对壳侧流动、传热性能的影响。模拟结果表明:与平行排列方式相比,采用错位排列方式时由于缠绕管的导流作用,管间存在较大的径向速度,促进缠绕管外侧流体与缠绕管周围流体的混合,管后低速区面积亦大大减少,强化了流体传热;温度分布更加均匀。基于换热器评价体系对模型进行了评价比较,入口流速超过0.3m·s^(-1)时,错位排列的换热器的努塞尔数最高、平行排列最低;交叉排列的换热器的阻力系数比其它两种方式略高;PEC指数计算结果表明:错位排列方式的PEC指数最高,当入口流速为0.9m·s^(-1)时,大约高出25%,具有更好的传热性能。This paper,taking advantage of SolidWorks,set up three different physical models of coil-wound heat exchanger whose tubes have different ways of arrangements,using Fluent to investigate the influence on the flow at shell sides and heat transfer performance which caused by the change of heat exchanger tube arrangements and the inlet flow velocity.The results indicates that,compared with the parallel arranged heat exchanging tubes,because of the channeling effect of cross banded tubes,there is higher radial velocity among the tubes which leads to the fluid outside and beside the coil-wound tubes mix more intensively,smaller area of low velocity zone after tubes,stronger heat delivery and a more uniform distribu-tion of temperature.Besides,this paper compared the model of coil-wound heat exchanger based on the normal evaluation system of heat exchanger.When the flow velocity has exceeded 0.3 m·s-1 the cross banded tubes has the highest Nusselt number however the parallel banded tubes has the lowest.And the heat exchanger whose tubes are cross banded have higher resistance coefficient than other two ways.The results of PEC index shows that the cross banded tubes have the highest PEC index and when the inlet velocity is 0.9 m·s-1,25% higher than others,the tubes have better heat transfer performance.
