摘 要:利用棉浆黑液的极端碱性和皂素废水的极端酸性提出了"混合酸析—类Fenton—生化"联合处理工艺,对各工艺阶段进行了优化实验。结果表明:将两种废水混合酸析(pH=2.5),不仅节约分别处理投加酸、碱的费用,同时对CODcr的去除具有协同效应。以暖贴废渣代替铁粉可将类Fenton反应阶段CODcr去除率提高50%左右。废水经"酸析—类Fenton—中和—厌氧—好氧"处理,其CODcr从47817 mg/L降至881mg/L。This paper proposed a combined treatment process"mixed acidification-Fenton-like-biotreatment"according to the highly alkaline of cotton pulp black liquor and the extreme acidity of saponin wastewater. The process parameters of different reaction stages were optimized. The results showed that mixed acidification(pH = 2. 5) not only saved the costs of acid and alkali when the two kinds of wastewater were neutralized separately,but also had synergistic effect on the removal of CODcr. In Fenton-like reaction,CODcrremoval rate was improved about 50%using the residue from warm stick replacing iron powder. The eventual CODcrvalue reduced from 47817 mg/L to881 mg/L when the wastewater went through the process of "acidification-Fenton-neutralization-anaerobic-aerobic".
