海北州小反刍兽疫疫苗免疫效果检测与分析

摘　　要：为了解海北州小反刍兽疫疫苗的实际免疫效果,落实好小反刍兽疫防控工作,采集了海北州四县的免疫羊血清样品,按照ELISA抗体检测的方法进行检测。结果从全州春秋两季共随机采集的898份羊血清样品中检测到阳性714份,阳性率为79.51%,其中春季阳性率为67.33%,秋季阳性率为91.74%,免疫接种后临床观察未发现有不适现象。To understand the actual immune effect of small ruminant veterinary epidemic vaccine in Haibei prefecture ,and well implement the prevention and control of small ruminants,serum samples were collected in four counties in accordance with the method of ELISA antibody test for testing. The positive rate was 79.51% among 714 in collecting 898 samples randomly. The positive rate was 67.33% in the spring,and 91.74% in autumn. The clinical observation effect after immunization are well.
