摘 要:为了深入研究柴油机喷油系统关键结构对喷油特性的影响,运用Hydsim软件建立系统仿真模型,通过改变进出油节流孔和控制活塞的结构参数,分析其对喷油特性的影响。仿真结果表明:随着进油节流孔面积增大,针阀开启速度变慢,落座速度加快;随着出油节流孔面积增大,针阀开启速度加快,落座速度影响不大,在满足喷油要求的前提下出油节流孔面积应取较小值;随着控制活塞直径增大,针阀开启速度变慢,落座速度变快。可以依据针阀升程和喷油率的仿真曲线,选择适当范围的结构参数。In order to explore the influence of fuel injection system key structure of diesel engine power on fuel injection characteristics,a system simulation model was built based on Hydsim. And the influence of structural parameters on injection characteristics was analyzed by changing the structural parameters of the inlet,outlet throttle and control piston. The simulation results showed that the needle open slowly and seat speed with the inlet throttle area increased; under the premise of the fuel injection requirements,the area of outlet orifice should be smaller,because the needle open speed and seated speed had little effect with the outlet throttle area increased,the needle open slowly and seat speed with the diameter of control piston increased. Finally,according to the simulation curves of needle lift and injection rate,the appropriate range of structure parameters were chosen.
