摘 要:针对铝钢混联薄板件结构因焊接变形导致装配尺寸质量难以控制的问题,应用冷金属过渡(CMT)点焊完成铝钢异种金属试样的焊接.在SYSWELD软件中对铝钢异种金属试样的焊接进行仿真,得到焊件变形规律,并与试验结果对比验证仿真的可靠性.应用控制变量法研究主要焊接工艺参数对变形量的影响,将变形预测结果以反变形的形式应用到铝钢薄板件CMT点焊中.研究表明:较小的焊接电流、焊接电压和较快的焊接速度可减少变形量,采用反变形法可明显减小薄板件的变形量.Aiming at the problem of difficulties in assembling-quality control which caused by welding deformation of the aluminum and steel hybrid sheet metal structure,dissimilar metals of aluminum and steel were welded by cold metal transition(CMT)spot welding.A simulation was conducted for welding of hybrid sheet metal by SYSWELD software,the pattern deformation law was got and compared with the test results to verify the correctness of the simulation.Then,the control variety method was applied to investigate the effect of welding parameters on the deformation degree,and the deformation prediction results were applied to the CMT spot welding of aluminum steel sheet in the form of anti-deformation.Results show that lower welding current,lower welding voltage and faster welding speed can reduce deformation degree,and the anti-deformation method can obviously improve the deformation of the sheet metal after welding.
