基于系统动力学模型的社会组织筹资机制研究

摘　　要：在社会组织成为重要的社会事务处理角色的同时,制约其发展的筹资难题也逐渐突出。本研究在此环境下,首先建立社会组织筹资系统影响因素体系;然后,运用系统动力学方法建立各因素间的因果关系模型及动力学流图;最后,利用VENSIM仿真软件进行仿真,找出各影响因素的影响路径及力度。研究表明,对社会组织整体筹资水平的影响,环境层面因素在仿真前期作用比较明显,而在仿真中后期趋于平滑,其中信息平台建设是主要制约因素;组织绩效层面因素在整个仿真期间均表现强烈,其中战略定位影响最大,其次是人力资源协调、资金流协调和信息流协调,组织类别影响相对较弱;支持机构层面因素中,组织声誉影响最大,声誉越高,赢得支持机构支持的可能性也会增加;资源提供者层面因素的整体影响水平仅次于组织绩效层面因素,该层面影响因素的影响力度排序是:资源提供者的报偿、资源提供者的意识、信息获得、组织筹资水平。仿真结果为社会组织有效筹资研究提供了新的视角,对管理实践具有一定的指导意义。Financing is the starting point for social organizations in follow-up activities. The availability of adequate funds, as the key factor for organization＇s sustainable development, directly determines an organization＇s survival state and service efficiency. However, with the development and improvement of Chinese market economy, social and economic environment of social organizations survival has undergone great changes. Social organization financing is not only faced with the lack of government financial support, imperfect financing mechanism, low ability to raise funds, the single financing way, and irrational financing structure, but also faced with other new challenges, During the transition period, the competition of social organizations financing in our country becomes more and more fierce. Currently, most social organizations provide more detailed services. The services can lead to increased public satisfaction. Along with the increasing number of social organizations seeking finance support, these organizations use own advantages to compete for the limited capital. The fierce competition creates pressure for social organizations to raise funds. The lack of capital is a serious obstacle to the development of social organization＇s comprehensive strength. The insufficient comprehensive strength aggravates financing difficulty in return. As such, the research on social organization＇s financing behavior cannot be ignored because of the vicious cycle. Under the background, this paper first analyzes the influence factors of social organization financing system according to social organization financing system＇s participants. The paper divides the influence factors into four categories： environmental factors, organizational performance factors, supporting organizations factors, and resource provider factors; A a causal relationship model and a kinetic flow diagram between these factors are established. Finally, the system dynamics simulation software-VENSIM was adopted to simulate the model. The study
