摘  要:文章以长春市净月小区一期建设工程为例,探讨采空塌陷区地质灾害危险性评估方法。阐明评估区地质环境条件,对采空分布的采空塌陷地质灾害的危险性进行了现状评估;根据地质环境条件和地质灾害发育现状,结合煤矿开采条件特点,对工程建设可能遭受采空塌陷地质灾害的危险性进行了预测评估,并对建设区进行了地质灾害危险性综合评价和提出了防治措施建议。Taking the construction of a residential project in Changchun City Jingyue Community as an example, the authors clarify the geological environment in the assessed area and evaluate risk of geological hazards in mining subsidence. According to the environment, the development of geological disasters and the coal mining conditions, we assess the danger of construction that may suffer from ground collapse, comprehensively evaluate the possibility of geological hazards in this area, and put forward suggestions for prevention and control.
