初轧钳吊电气系统改造的研究

摘　　要：钳吊是攀长钢公司轧钢厂初轧生产线上主要生产设备,承担着钢锭的脱模、装炉、出炉。工作在高温、振动、粉尘严重的恶劣环境,其电气传动是直流电机通过串电阻方式调速。根据工作需求设有主卷、大车(两套)、小车、旋转、开闭六套电气传动系统。选择能够更好地满足钳吊工况需求的电气系统的改造方案是研究的重点。Ingot tong is one important equipment in blooming production line of rolling plant of Pangang Group Changcheng Special Steel Company, used for demoulding,charging and discharging of ingots.It＇s very backward that its speed now is regulated by DC motor through channeling resistance while it operates in a severe condition of high temperature, strong shaking, and large amounts of dust. Therefore, 6 sets of electrical driving systems as for lifting,traverse movement（2 sets）,longitudinal movement,rotation,and opening and closing are proposed. Selecting a proper renovation plan of electrical system that will better meet the operation needs of ingot tongs is the key task of the research.
