摘  要:钛及钛合金因其良好的亲生物性及机械性能被越来越多地应用于医疗领域,其中钛合金棒丝材主要用于外科植入物。由于外科植入物产品用途的特殊性,对医用棒丝材表面质量提出了很高的要求,棒丝材表面缺陷中细微裂纹危害最大。文章采用目视、超声、涡流、射线、着色、荧光等无损检测方法对目前常用规格医用钛合金棒丝材表面微裂纹进行了检测,通过对检测效果的比较和分析,探讨了上述几种无损检测方法的适用性,以对医用钛合金棒丝材的工业化无损检测提供一定的参考。Titanium and titanium alloys are more and more used in medical field because of their good biocompatibility and mechanical properties. Titanium alloy rods and wires are mainly used in surgical implants. Because of the particularity of the use of surgical implants, the surface quality of medical rods and wires is required, and the micro-cracks in the surface defects of the rods and wires are the most harmful. In this paper, non-destructive testing(NDT) methods, such as visual, ultrasonic, eddy current, ray, coloration, fluorescence and so on, have been used to detect the surface microcracks of medical titanium alloy rods and wires in common use at present. Through the comparison and analysis of the testing results, the applicability of the above nondestructive testing methods is discussed in order to provide some references for the industrial nondestructive testing of medical titanium alloy rods and wires.
