摘　　要：可程控射频开关是整个自动测试系统的核心,其性能直接影响自动测试系统的指标和功能,文章主要介绍了一种可程控射频开关模块的设计,详细介绍了其工作原理及电路设计。文章设计的开关电路插入损耗低、通道隔离好、驻波小,能较好的完成自动测试时开关切换的功能。The programmable radio frequency switch is the core of the whole automatic test system. Its performance directly affects the index and function of the automatic test system. This paper mainly introduces the design of a programmable radio frequency switch module. The working principle and circuit design are introduced in detail. The switch circuit designed in this paper has the advantages of low insertion loss, good channel isolation and small standing wave, which can complete the switch switching function in automatic test.
