摘　　要：脱贫攻坚是以习近平同志为核心的党中央为解决贫困群众生产生活问题而向全国人民和历史作出的一项庄严承诺,是全面建成小康社会的关键所在。为打好这一攻坚战,以习近平同志为核心的党中央把其作为关乎党和国家政治方向、根本制度和发展道路的大事,作为全面建成小康社会的底线目标予以推进。当前扶贫攻坚工作还存在着不少困难和问题,诸如贫困村信息资料精准度不高,脱贫开发措施不多、不力,一些贫困户自我发展意识和能力差,巩固脱贫的后续计划和措施缺乏等。为此,必须切实把握精准脱贫的核心要义,以极大的决心、勇气和毅力,采取一系列有力措施,打赢这场极为艰巨的脱贫攻坚战。The tackling of poverty is a solemn commitment made by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core of to solve the problem of production and livelihood of the poor. It is the key to building a well-off society in an all-round way. In order to fight this hard war,the Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,regards it as a major event concerning the political direction,the fundamental system and the way of development of the party and the state,as the minimum goal of achieving a well-off society in an all-round way. At present,there are many difficulties and problems in the work of poverty alleviation,such as the lack of accurate information of the poor village,the poor development measures,poor self-development awareness and poor ability,and no subsequent plans and measures to consolidate poverty alleviation. In order to achieve the goal of poverty alleviation,it is necessary to grasp the core of accurate poverty reduction and take a series of powerful measures with great determination,courage and perseverance to win this extremely arduous struggle for poverty alleviation work.
