摘  要:某厂时至装置大修后开车。在合成塔出料过程中,因尿素一吸塔上部精洗段塔顶出口二氧化碳超标窜入氨冷器造成甲铵结晶堵塞事故。引起工序界区液氨流量波动,进入分解系统物料失衡。中压吸收塔鼓泡段液位显示成泡沫状,精洗段温度居高不下,气相温度也随之反复波动并有带液现象,顶、底回流氨已加至最大。几分钟后顶、底氨迅速下滑,以致无量,氨泵无打量。立即启动顶、底氨及氨泵进口管冲洗装置,反复冲洗该路管线及过滤网后无果,同时系统负荷减至最低。因氨泵无量,合成塔严重缺氨,系统被迫短停。A factory is driving when the equipment is overhauled. In the process of discharging the synthetic tower, the methylamine crystallization clogging accident happened because of the excessive carbon dioxide in the top exit of tower overflow to the ammonia cooler in the upper fine washing section of the urea absorption tower, which has caused the fluctuation of the liquid ammonia flow and the material disequilibrium when entering into the decomposition system. Liquid level in bubbling section of medium-pressure absorption tower shows a bubble shape, and the temperature in fine washing section is high, so the gas phase temperature also fluctuates repeatedly and there is liquid entrainment phenomenon, and the reflux ammonia at the top and bottom has been added to the maximum. After a few minutes, ammonia in the top and bottom declined rapidly, so that the ammonia pump was not measured. Start the ammonia and ammonia pump inlet pipe washing device at the top and the bottom immediately, there is no effect after rinsing the pipeline and filter net repeatedly, and minimize the system load. Due to the lack of ammonia pump measurement, the synthetic tower is short of ammonia seriously, and the system is forced to stop.
