基于任务情境的科研用户网络学术信息资源搜寻行为影响因素实验研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]了解、掌握科研用户网络学术信息资源搜寻行为的影响因素。[方法/过程]采用有声思维法与访谈法结合的方法进行实验研究。[结果/结论]发现在高任务情境下,科研用户选择网络信息资源时,关注最多的是信息内容同其需求的相关性,信息内容的专业性、真实可靠性,同时也会关注信息的时效性与全面完整性。而在低任务情境下,科研用户更多关注的是信息的时效性、新颖独特性及实用性,此外,网站系统的页面设计与界面布局等因素也比高任务情境下产生更大影响。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to make acquaintance with the influencing factors on network academic information resource searching behaviors. [Method/process]The paper adopts think aloud and interview methods to carry out experimental research. [Result/conclusion]It finds that in the heavy tasks situation, when researchers choose network information resources, they pay most attention to the relevance of information content to their needs, the specialty, authenticity and reliability of information contents, as well as the timeliness and integrity of information. But in the low task situation, researchers pay more attention to the timeliness, uniqueness and practicability of information, besides, the page design and interface layout of the website system also have a greater impact than that in the heavy task situation.
