摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在为信息分析师职业的候选人提供需求建议。[方法/过程]抓取智联招聘网站上关于信息分析师的招聘数据并通过人工清洗最终得到1238条样本数据,运用统计分析从信息分析师招聘数据的岗位职责需求、技能需求、背景需求和社会组织需求四个方面来分析目前社会组织对信息分析师岗位的需求结构。[结果/结论]结果显示,目前信息分析师岗位职责需求以竞争情报分析和信息分析服务为主;社会组织需求以企业为主并且企业所在行业呈现多元化,其中以IT行业居多,地域需求以发达城市为主。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide suggestions for the candidates of information analyst occupation.[Method/process]The paper captures the recruitment information from Zhilian Zhaopin website, and finally gets 1238 samples data,analyzes the social organizations＇ need structure for information analyst from aspects of responsibility demand, skill requirement, background need and social organization need by using statistical analysis. [Result/conclusion]The results show that, at present the responsibility demands of information analyst are mainly competitive intelligence analysis and information analysis services; social organization needs almost are enterprises with diversified industries, most of which are IT industry, and its regional demand is mostly in developed cities.
