摘  要:[目的/意义]对探索馆藏外文期刊资源建设有积极意义。[方法/过程]采用引文分析法调研三峡大学电气工程学科师生2007—2016年发表的被SCI收录的论文及其引文来源刊,从引文来源刊分布和外文核心期刊文献保障率等方面进行统计分析。进而揭示重点学科外文核心期刊资源需求状况及馆藏外文期刊资源建设中存在的问题,并提出对策建议。[结果/结论]提出加强外文期刊文献资源建设时应加强对重点学科师生文献需求的调研工作;坚持文献保障调研的同时,坚持科研评价的创新和导向;有计划地对学科科研影响力进行评价;重视图书馆电子文献资源的推介工作。[Purpose/significance]The paper has a positive significance to the construction of the resources of the foreign periodicals in the collection. [Method/process]The paper uses the method of citation analysis to research the articles included in SCI and published by the teachers and students of electrical engineering subject in China Three Gorges University from 2007 to 2016 and source journals of the citations, and makes statistic analysis from the distribution of source journals of the citations and the document guarantee rate of the core periodicals etc. Then it reveals the resource demand of foreign core periodicals for key subjects and the problems existing in collection construction of foreign periodical resources, and then proposes countermeasures. [Result/conclusion]It proposes that strengthening the document resource construction of foreign core periodicals should enhance survey work on the document demand of key subject for teachers and students; adhere to the investigation of document guarantee, meanwhile preserve in innovation and guiding of scientific research evaluation; evaluating scientific influence of subject in a planned way; paying attention to library 's promotion work of electronic document resource.
