摘 要:在某些接线和运行方式下,电网设备发生故障后,可能形成孤立电网暂时稳住运行,调度机构值班调度员必须迅速指挥协调相关单位进行故障处置,若处置不及时或不准确极易导致孤立电网瓦解,进而发生大面积停电事故。本文从孤立电网判断、稳住孤立电网、快速并网、恢复正常运行四个阶段阐述了孤立电网故障调度处置的方法要点,并结合相关案例进行了验证,对于指导调度机构进行孤立电网故障处置具有重要的实用意义。The faults of power grid equipment may lead to isolated power grid and keep it stable operation in some mode of operation or network connection, the dispatchers on duty in power dispatching department must command and coordinate the units concerned to deal with, or it will result in a breakdown of power grid and accident of large area power blackout. Including four key stages of dispatching disposal method for isolated power grid fault: judging isolated power grid, keeping isolated power grid stable, integrating into the large power grid, returning to normal operation mode, the method proved to be helpful by actual cases, it has practical meanings for guiding the dispatching department to deal with the fault of isolated power grid.
