摘  要:分析了当前电网故障处置过程的技术短板及形成原因,提出了一种基于电力系统移动应用平台的故障录波信息云发布系统设计方案,包括平台工作原理介绍、系统架构、模块组成、功能分解、方法流程等,并对设计思路、安全防护、认证机制、时效指标提升等关键技术要点进行了总结。通过在云南电网的应用验证了云发布系统的有效性和实时性,延伸了调控人员对电网故障的管控,满足了继电保护人员随时随地做出科学合理的调度决策的需求,有利于提升电网故障处置效率。It analyzes the technical shortage and the causes of the current power grid fault handling process, and puts forward a design scheme of fault wave recording information cloud publishing system based on the Mobile Application Platform of power system, including platform working principle, system architecture, module composition, functional decomposition. The method of process, and the design ideas, security protection, certification mechanism, time indicators to enhance the key technical points were summarized. Through the application of Yunnan power grid to verify the effectiveness of the cloud release system and real-time, extending the regulation of the power grid fault control, to meet the relay protection personnel anytime, anywhere to make a scientific and reasonable dispatching decision needs, to enhance the power grid Fault handling efficiency.
