经济新常态下昆明电网运营管理策略研究

摘　　要：新常态下我国经济发展处于效率、结构、动力方面的转型,转型过程中将面临去产能、去杠杆、房地产调整、环境去污染等"四大阵痛"。在此背景下,昆明电网供电量增长率、行业特性、区域特性均已出现了较大变化,电网的运营管理面临着很大挑战。本文通过分析研究大量电网运行数据,揭示了经济新常态下负荷特性变化对电网运行管理带来经济性降低、单位供电成本增加、规划及营销服务面临挑战等问题,提出了适应经济新常态下电网运营管理的"四个机制"。under the new normal economic development, the economic efficiency, structure and power is in transition, the transformation process will be faced with reduce capacity, eliminate leverage, estate adjustment and pollution remediation, called ＂four pains ＂. In this context, the Kunming power grid power supply growth rate, industry characteristics, regional characteristics have been a big change, the operation and management of the power grid is facing a great challenge. Through analysis of a large number of power grid operation data, reveals the economy under the new normal change of load characteristics of power grid operation and management bring economy decrease, increase the unit cost of electricity, planning and marketing service facing challenges, the paper puts forward the adaptation under the new economic normal power grid operation and management of the ＂four mechanism＂.
