摘　　要：现场签证管理是热网工程施工中的一项经常性的工作,也是控制工程造价的重要环节,签证造价是工程审计应重点把关的审核内容,针对目前热网工程现场签证的内容、存在的问题进行了分析,提出了供热管网工程建设现场签证的控制措施。The field visa management is a regular work in the construction of heat network engineering,and it is also an important link to control the cost of the project. The visa cost is the audit content of the key control of the project audit. This paper analyzes the content and the existing problems of the current heat network project site visa,the control measures of field visa for heating pipe network construction are put forward.
