脑瘫高危儿早期实施多元化护理对体格智能发育的积极影响

摘　　要：目的研究早期多元化护理的应用对于脑瘫高危儿体格智能发育的影响。方法在2016年3月至2017年6月某院收治的脑瘫高危儿中选出200例,以随机数表法分组,对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组给予早期多元化护理,收集干预前、干预6个月后两组的体格智力发育状况等。结果干预6个月后,观察组的智力发育指数(MDI)(95.4±7.4)VS(87.8±8.9)、体质量(8.8±0.3)kg VS(7.5±0.5)kg、头围(45.5±1.1)cm VS(39.2±1.5)cm均高于对照组,P<0.05;两组的身长(68.3±3.2)cm VS(68.0±3.4)cm对比差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论早期多元化护理的实施有利于促进脑瘫高危儿大脑神经发育,促进体格智力发育。Objective To study the effect of early pluralistic nursing on the physical intelligence development ofhigh risk children with Du Yu cerebral palsy.Methods 200 cases of high risk children with Du Yu cerebral palsy ad-mitted ina hospital from March 2016 to June 2017 were selected and divided into groups with the random numbertable.The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was given early pluralistic nursing.Thephysical intelligence development of the two groups before the treatment and 6 months after the treatment were col-lected.Results After 6 months of intervention, the mental development index （MDI） of the observation group was（95.4±7.4）VS （87.8±8.9）, body weight（8.8±0.3）kg VS （7.5±0.5）kg and head circumference（45.5±1.1）cm VS（39.2±1.5）cm.They were higher than those of the control group（ 〈0.05）.Height （68.3±3.2）cm VS （68.0±3.4）cmdifferences between the two groups was not significant（ 〉0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of early pluralisticnursing is beneficial for the brain nerve development in high risk children with cerebral palsy and promote the devel-opment of physical intelligence.
