摘 要:介绍了160km/h快捷货运列车空气控制阀的研发背景、总体方案、结构特点及部分试验结果。该阀含主阀、半自动缓解阀、紧急阀、充气阀以及连接这些阀和风缸组件的安装座等,与随重调整阀配合使用形成二压力间接作用方式。方案中主阀采用金属滑阀结构,对局减重新设计,因二局减引向的容积室容积较小,故适当加快了一局减的排气速度、提高了二局减的关闭压力,将制动缸的升压时间控制在5~7s;设置的加速缓解功能,以容积室缓解时排出的空气为信号、由副风缸(兼为制动缸供风)为加速缓解作用供风;设置独立充气阀使列车管向副风缸单向充风。试验台试验、单车试验、环境及冲击振动试验结果表明该阀各性能参数达到预期目标,建议进行列车试验验证和运用考验。The research background,overall scheme,structural principle and some test results of the air control valve for 160 km/h express freight train were introduced.Service portion,manual release portion,emergency portion,charging portion,pipe bracket connecting these valves and cylinder components overall make up the 160 valve,which comprised the indirect effect under two pressure valve by coordinating with the weight adjusting valve.Service portion adopted metal slide valve structure in this scheme.Quick service function was redesigned.The volume of the chamber charged via the second quick service is smaller than brake cylinder,thus the exhaust speed of preliminary quick service was accelerated reasonably,and the closing pressure of the second quick service was increased slightly.Charging of brake cylinder controlled into 5~7 s.Service accelerated release function was also set up.Using the air discharged from the chamber as signal,auxiliary cylinder supplied the air for the service accelerated release function,which also supplied air for brake cylinder.Set an independent charging valve suppling air from brake pipe to unidirectional auxiliary cylinder.Results of test bench,single car test,environmental test,shock and vibration test showed the performance of the designed 160 valve were up to the expected target,and further verification by the train test was proposed.
