摘 要:介绍了一起接触网隔离开关绝缘子污闪造成电动操作机构、远动控制箱等设备烧损的事故。为了分析烧损原因,笔者分析了绝缘子污闪过程和电弧特性,对污闪电弧稳态时段操作机构电位提升进行了计算,在此基础上对操作机构等设备进行分析,找到了烧损原因。接地电流引发操作机构电位发生较大抬升,造成操作机构箱内绝缘反向击穿是设备烧损的直接原因。笔者根据原因分析,针对性的提出防范措施,部分措施已经被采取,收到良好效果。This paper introduces an accident of electrical operation mechanism,remote control box,etc.,which is caused by the insulator pollution flashover.To analyze the rootcause of burning,the author analyzes the process of insulator pollution flashover and the arc characteristics,The potential improvement of operating mechanism in the steady state time of the fouling lightning arc is calculated.On this basis,the operation mechanism and other equipment are analyzed,then found the cause of the burn.The discharge current caused by the insulator pollution flashover caused a great uplift of the operating mechanism,it causes the reverse breakdown of insulation in the cabinet,and this is the direct cause of equipment burn.Based on the analysis,the author puts forward the target preventive measures,which had been adopted and produced effective results.
