摘 要:以4-溴-1,8-萘酐为原料,依次与乙醇胺,乙醇钠反应,合成出小分子的萘酰亚胺荧光增白剂,随后对其进行阳离子化,制备出阳离子化的萘酰亚胺荧光增白剂。采用红外光谱,核磁共振氢谱对合成的目标产物进行结构表征,通过紫外光谱和荧光光谱对其光学性能进行分析,并通过紫外光加速老化实验分析了合成产物对纸张的返黄抑制效果.研究发现,经过36h的紫外老化后,涂有萘酰亚胺荧光增白剂和阳离子萘酰亚胺荧光增白剂的纸张白度分别比空白纸少降低了1.60ISO和2.08ISO.结果表明,阳离子萘酰亚胺荧光增白剂具有抑制纸张返黄的作用.Small molecule of naphthalimide fluorescent whitening agent was synthesized using4-bromo-1,8-naphthalic anhydride as raw material,and reacted with ethanolamine and sodium ethylate.Subsequently,the cationized naphthalimide fluorescent brightener was prepared by cationization reaction.The structure of the obtained product was characterized by FT-IR and 1 H NMR,and its optical properties were analyzed by the ultraviolet spectrum and fluorescence spectrum.The property of yellowing inhibitation on paper was analyzed by UV accelerated aging test at the same time.After aging for 36 h,the whiteness of paper coated with naphthalimide fluorescent brightener and cationic naphthalimide fluorescent brightener is decreased less than that of the blank paper about 1.60 ISO and 2.08 ISO,respectively.The results show that cationic naphthalimide fluorescent brighteners have the effect of inhibiting the yellowing of paper.
