摘 要:将丁腈橡胶(NBR)与自制高吸水树脂(SAP)、聚乙二醇(PEG)和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)等在开炼机上充分混合制备聚氨酯(PU)型吸水膨胀橡胶(WSR),主要研究硫化剂(S)、PU、SAP的用量对WSR吸水性能和机械性能的影响,并通过扫描电镜观察了SAP与WSR的形貌.结果表明:随S、PU用量增加,WSR吸水性能先增大后减小;随着SAP用量增大,WSR吸水性能增大.WSR拉伸强度随着S、PU、SAP用量增大先增强后减小.较佳的S、PU、SAP的用量分别为0.5g、15g及30g.SEM显示SAP呈球形且表面粗糙,未添加SAP的WSR断面布满小孔,添加了SAP的WSR断面较为致密.The water swelling rubbers modified by polyurethane were prepared by the nitrile rubber,super absorbent polymer(SAP),polyethylene glycol(PEG)and Isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)which were mixed by two-roll mill machine.The influlence of the dosage of sulfur、PU and SAP on the water absorbency and the tensile strength of WSR were mainly discussed.At the same time,the morphology of the SAP and WSR were observed by SEM.The results show that the water absorbency of the WSR first increases and then decreases with the increase of the dosage of sulfur and PU,and it increases with the increase of the dosage of SAP.The tensile strength of the WSR first increases and then decreases with the increase of dosage of sulfur、PU and SAP.The more optimum dosage of Sulfur、PU and SAP is 0.5 g、15 g and 30 g respectively.SEM shows that SAP is spherical and its surface is rough.The WSR cross section without SAP is full of small holes,while the WSR section with SAP is more compact.
