摘 要:目的观察鸡肌腱断裂缝合术后肌腱与残余腱鞘和皮下组织的粘连情况。方法选择10只健康成年三黄鸡,在双侧第2、3趾制作屈趾肌腱断裂缝合、浅层腱鞘缺损的动物模型。术后2、4周分别处死5只动物,获取术区1 cm范围的趾标本,用于大体和组织学观察。结果大体观察:断裂的肌腱被纤维连接,肌腱周边纤维增生,术后2、4周,纤维增生在肌腱与皮下组织间多于肌腱与残余腱鞘间(P<0.05)。组织学观察:肌腱周边有许多纤维结缔组织,肌腱与皮下组织之间的纤维结缔组织明显多于肌腱与残余腱鞘之间。结论肌腱缝合术后肌腱与皮下组织之间的粘连要多于肌腱与残余腱鞘之间。Objective To observe the gross and histological changes of adhesion between postoperative tendon and different tissues in experimental flexor tendon rupture in chickens. Methods The models of flexor tendon rupture and the superficial tendon sheath defect were made in the second and the third toes in both sides of 10 chickens,and then the tendons were sutured. Five chickens were sacrificed at 2 and 4 weeks after operation,respectively. One centimetre toe specimens of the surgical site was sampled for gross observation and histological observation. The changes of postoperative tendon adhesion the subcutaneous tissue and the remnant tendon sheath were observed. Results Gross observation: the ruptured tendons were connected by fibrous tissue. There was more tissue proliferation surrounding the tendon. At 2,4 weeks after operation,the tissue proliferation between the tendon and the subcutaneous tissue was more than that between the tendon and the remnant tendon sheath( P〈0.05). Histological observation:more fibrous connective tissue could be seen surrounding the tendon,but which was more between the tendon and the subcutaneous tissue,than that between the tendon and the remnant tendon sheath. Conclusions There is more tissue adhesion between the tendon and the subcutaneous tissue than that between the tendon and the remnant sheath.
