摘　　要：采用低C、高Mn以及Nb、Ti微合金化的成分设计,通过铁水预处理→120 t顶底复吹转炉初炼→120 t LF炉精炼→板坯连铸→3 500 mm轧机轧制的工艺路线,成功开发高强度船板钢EH36,实物质量水平满足GB 712标准和中国船级社规范要求,具有良好的低温韧性和抗层状撕裂性能。Taking process route of hot metal pretreatment,120 t BOF melting,120 t LF refining,slab continuous casting and 3 500 mm plate mill rolling,high strength hull steel EH36 is successfully developed by composition design of low carbon and high manganese content,niobium and titanium microalloying. The actual product quality satisfies the requirements of GB 712 standard and CCS rules with good low temperature toughness and lamellar tearing resistance.
