摘　　要：钢包滑动水口自开率严重影响生产节奏及产品质量,唐钢中厚板公司对影响120 t钢包滑动水口自开率的因素进行综合分析研究,最终确定了有利于提高滑动水口自开率的引流砂成分及水分控制方法,细化了引流砂加入量及加入规则,同时对滑动水口的清理操作加以规范,实现了生产组织模式的优化,使滑动水口自开率由96%上升到99.6%,提高了生产效率,保证了生产顺行以及产品质量。The slide gate free opening rate of ladle has severe effect on production rhythm and product quality.Tangsteel Medium and Heavy Steel Plate Company carries out comprehensive analysis and investigation on the factors influencing slide gate free opening rate of 120 t ladle,finalizes the composition and moisture content control method of drainage sand favorable for improving slide gate free opening rate,elaborates the addition amount and rule of drainage sand,standardizes the cleaning operation of slide gate simultaneously,realizes the optimization of production organization mode,increases the free opening rate from 96% to 99. 6%,which improves the productivity,ensures smooth production and product quality.
