摘 要:将一系列等比例的聚左旋乳酸(PLLA)/聚右旋乳酸(PDLA)通过溶液共混溶解在二氯甲烷中配制成不同浓度共混试样,然后在不同电场电压和喷射距离下静电纺丝制备超细纤维,并在纺丝过程中记录纺丝现象,最后采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)和扫描电镜(SEM)对收集到超细聚乳酸纤维进行热性能和表观形貌分析。结果表明:在电压为12kv,PLLA/PDLA共混溶液的浓度为7%,喷射距离为100mm时,能收集到高含量的立构复合型聚乳酸(sc-PLA)超细纤维。A series of equimolar blends of poly-L-lactic acid(PLLA) and poly-D-lactic acid(PDLA) dissolved in dichloromethane were prepared into different concentration solutions by solution mixing. Then these solution blends were spun into superfine fibers under different electric field voltage and injection distance through electrospinning, and the spinning phenomena were recorded during the process of spinning. Finally the thermal properties and morphology of superfine fibers were investigate by means of differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The result showed that highly purified stereocomplex PLA(sc-PLA) superfine fibers could be obtained when the electric voltage was 12 kv, the concentration of PLLA/PDLA solution blend was 7%, and injection distance was 100 mm.
