摘  要:针对U公司现役电弧防护服袖结构设计不合理,选取衣袖倾斜角、袖山高、袖窿下落量和衣袖符合点位置为关键结构参数以探讨电弧防护夹克插肩袖结构优化方案。通过正交实验和主、客观评价分析,得到结构参数最佳组合方案为:衣袖倾斜角33o、袖山高11cm、袖窿下落量3cm、衣袖前后符合点位置为胸围线上7.5cm胸宽线处和9cm背宽线处。运用该方案制作的电弧防护夹克的静态美观性和动态舒适性明显优于U公司现役电弧防护夹克。In order to improve the sleeve structure design in the existing arc protective garments, this article selects sleeve tilt angle, sleeve cap height, the quantity of armhole dig-under and corresponding point positions as the key structure parameters that determine the comfort and aesthetics of the raglan sleeves in electric arc protective jackets. Based on the results of the orthogonal experiment and the subjective and objective evaluations, the optimum parameter combination is obtained. It is verified that the sample garment made, based on the optimum combination, surpasses that provided by U company in terms of dynamic comfort and static aesthetics. The result obtained is somewhat limited in its practical application, nevertheless, the methodology can contribute to future studies on electric arc protective garment structure.
