乌灵胶囊联合清咽理气散加减治疗咽异感症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨乌灵联合清咽理气散加减治疗咽异感的临床效果;方法:选取2016年3月至2017年5月南京中医药大学附属昆山医院收治的咽异感患者100例,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组50例,对照组采用清咽理气散进行治疗,观察组采用乌灵胶囊联合清咽理气散进行治疗,比较分析2组的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组的临床治疗总有效率为96%,对照组的临床治疗总有效率为84%,观察组的临床治疗效果明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为4%,复发率为10%,对照组患者不良反应发生率为20%,复发率为26%,观察组患者在治疗期间的不良反应和治疗后复发情况明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者在SCL-90量表得分对比中,观察组数据优于对照组数据,2组数据差异性较大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:乌灵胶囊联合清咽理气散治疗咽异感症,应用清咽理气散消除患者咽部不适、咽部异物感等,再配以乌灵胶囊治疗患者的神经衰弱、精神焦虑等精神障碍,故疗效显著。Objective：To evaluate the clinical effects of Wuling Capsule combined with modified Qingyan Liqi Powder in treating paraesthesia pharyngis. Methods：A total of 100 100 patients with paraesthesia pharyngis admitted in our hospital from March 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 eases in each group. The control group was treated Qingyan Liqi powder, and the observation group was treated combined with Wuling capsule. The clinical treatment effects of both groups were compared. Results：The total effective rate of observation group was 96% , which was significantly better than 84% in control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：In the treatment by combined Wuling Capsule combined with modified Qingyan Liqi Powder, Qingyan Liqi Powder can eliminate throat diseonffort, and throat foreign body sensation, and Wuling capsule can treat with neurasthenia, mental anxiety and other mental disorders, so the efficacy is significant, and it is worthy of promotion.
