摘　　要：以昆明地区取消药品加成、调整医疗服务价格的实践探索为基础,探讨科学制定医疗服务价格调整方案的途径。结果显示,昆明地区取消药品加成、调整医疗服务价格的目标基本实现,药占比、医务性收入占比、患者费用情况均有一定程度变化。医疗服务价格调整需要进一步完善区域价格监测平台建设,建立统一的公立医院成本核算办法。Based on the practice exploration of canceling drug addition and adjusting medical service price in Kunming city, this paper explored the way to scientifically formulate the adjustment scheme of medical service price. The results showed that the target of canceling drug addition and adjusting medical service price were basically realized in Kunming city. The ratio of drug expenditure, the proportion of medical income and the cost of patients were all changed to some degree. The adjustment of medical service price needs to further improve the construction of regional price monitoring platform and establish a unified cost accounting method for public hospitals.
