摘　　要：以某医院骨科手术导航系统为例,收集收费、成本等数据,对设备的经营状况、资金运行和经济效益进行评估,探索和建立医院大型医用设备的投资论证方法,为同行提供借鉴。结果显示,该投资论证方法有效、可靠;在大型医用设备投资论证过程中,应根据设备类型选择论证重点和指标,并注意控制敏感因素,提高设备投资的经济效益。Taking the orthopaedic surgery navigation system of one hospital as an example, this paper evaluated the operating condition, investment operation and economic benefit of the medical equipment, explored and established the investment argumentation method of the large medical equipment in hospital, and provided reference for the peer. The results showed that the investment argumentation method is effective and reliable, and in the process of investment argumentation of large medical equipment, the emphasis and indexes of argumentation should be selected according to the type of equipment, and the sensitive factors should be controlled, in order to improve the economic benefit of equipment investment.
