摘 要:目的探讨PICC(外周中心静脉置管)在新生儿输液中的应用效果。方法将2015年3月~2017年11月我院新生儿科接诊的60例患儿纳入本研究,作为观察组。将2013年9月~2015年1月我院新生儿科接诊的60例患儿纳入本研究,作为对照组。对照组予常规外周静脉留置针输液,观察组予PICC输液。观察导管留置时间、穿刺成功率、并发症发生情况。结果观察组导管留置时间为(21.04±6.33)d,对照组为(3.14±1.47)d,观察组导管留置时间高于对照组(t=17.009,P<0.05)。观察组穿刺成功率为98.33%(59/60),对照组为91.67%(55/60)。两组穿刺成功率对比,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=2.807,P=0.094,P>0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PICC在新生儿输液中的应用效果较好,能够延长导管留置时间,降低并发症发生情况。Objective To investigate the application effect of PICC (peripheral intravenous central catheterization) in neonatal infusion. Methods 60 children patients who were admitted to the department of neonatology in our hospital from March 2015 to November 2017 were included in this study as the observation groups. From September 2013 to January 2015, 60 patients admitted to the department of neonatology in our hospital were included in the study as the control group. The control group was given routine peripheral intravenous infusion with indwelling needles. The observation group was given PICC infusion. The catheter indwelling time, puncture success rate, and complications were observed. Results The catheter indwelling time was(21.04±6.33)d in the observation group, and was(3.14±1.47)d in the control group. The catheter indwelling time in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(t=17.009, P〈0.05). The success rate of puncture was 98.33%(59/60)in the observation group, and was 91.67%(55/60) in the control group. There was no statistically significant difference in the puncture success rate between the two groups (X2= 2.807, P=0.094, P〉0.05). The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application effect of PICC in neonatal infusion is effective, which can prolong the catheter indwelling time and reduce complications.
