摘 要:本研究自制了两性聚丙烯酰胺(Am PAM),用作脱墨浆抄造新闻纸的干强剂,分析了两性聚丙烯酰胺的离子度及用量对脱墨浆稳定性及滤水性的影响。通过动态滤水仪、紫外分光光度计测定浆料滤水性能和细小纤维留着率;使用灰分法测定填料留着率。探讨了Am PAM的助留助滤性能。结果表明,当添加用量0.30%、相对分子质量1.27×10~5的Am PAM后,浆料30 s滤水量增加、单程留着率(FPR)比空白样提高了70.0%,填料留着率提高了48.6%。Deinked pulp was used as raw material in this study. The effects of Am PAM dosage on drainage property of deinked pulp were investigated. Besides,drainage and retention properties were characterized by dynamic drainage jar( DDJ),UV-vis spectrophotometry and ash content. The result showed that the Zeta potential of pulp reached peak value when Am PAM dosage was 2. 5% ~ 3. 0%. Zeta potential was not significantly affected by the change of p H value. After adding 0. 30% Am PAM,the 30 seconds drainage was increased,at the same time,the first pass retention( FPR) and filler retention were improved by 70. 0% and 48. 6%,respectively.
