徽州文书置产簿的形成及其史料价值——以中国社科院经济所所藏置产簿为中心

摘　　要：本文基于对中国社科院经济所藏徽州文书置产簿的考察,指出将散件文书抄录成簿册之目的不仅是为便于检阅散件文书,更重要的是为了保护产权。置产簿不光有家族置产簿,还有非家族置产簿。置产簿的抄录并无固定形式。较之散件文书,置产簿有其独特而丰富的史料价值。Based on the exploration of property books kept in Institute of Economics,Chinese Academy of Social Sciences,point out that the purpose of transcribing the property books is not only to facilitate the inspection of documents,but also to protect property rights.Property books not only include family property books,but also non-family property books.There is no fixed form of copying property books.Compared with bulk documents,property books have unique value of historical materials.
