摘  要:阐述了一种不拆高压引线测量1 000kV电容式电压互感器C11电容量和介质损耗因数的方法,该方法有效地避免了试验人员采用升降车拆高压引线所带来的工作困难和安全风险,大大提高了工作效率,缩短了停电时间,对电网可靠运行具有重要的意义。试验结果表明,使用带有屏蔽功能的介损测量反接法,用屏蔽线屏蔽下节电容所带来的干扰,可以不拆除高压引线准确测量C11的介损,有效地验证了此种方法的可行性。A new method to measure the C11 capacitance and dielectric loss factor of 1 000kV capacitive voltage transformer without disassembling high voltage leads is illustrated.This method effectively avoids the working difficulties and the safety risks caused by using the lift truck to disassemble the high voltage leads,greatly improves working efficiency and shortens the power outage time,which brings huge benefits for reliable operation of the power grid.Results show that anti-interference reverse measurement method for dielectric loss can measure the dielectric loss of the C11 accurately without disassembling the high voltage leads, and the feasibility of the method is validated.
