摘 要:针对迷宫式油气分离器的分离效率和压力损失随着窜气量变化而发生较大变化的特点,设计一种可变通道截面的机构。当窜气量较小时,截面积较小;窜气量变大时,截面积增大。利用CFD仿真软件分别对可变与不可变两种结构的不同工况下进行计算,结果发现:截面积可变时,有效改善了窜气量较小时分离效率小、窜气量较大时压力损失大的问题,能整体上改善油气分离的压力损失和分离效率。The separation efficiency and pressure loss of the labyrinthine oil-gas separator change greatly with the variation of the blow-by gas, so we design a mechanism with variable cross-section to solve it. When the amount of blow-by gas is small, we decrease the area of the cross-section; when the amount of blow-by gas increases, the cross-sectional area increases too. CFD simulation software was used to calculate the different conditions of variable and non-variable structures respectively. The results show that when the cross-sectional area is variable, the separation efficiency is effectively improved when the blow-by gas is small, and the pressure loss increases when the blow-by gas increases.The problem of pressure-loss and separation efficiency can be improved as a whole.
