摘 要:轮胎的异常磨损是整车集成性问题,影响的因素较多,主要包括定位参数、轮胎胎压、悬架外倾变化率、悬架前束变化率、侧倾外倾以及轮胎自身性能等因素。相对于其它系统性问题,轮胎异常磨损的解决更为复杂,同时解决措施的确定及方案验证亦会需要较多的时间。文章基于某车型出现的轮胎异常磨损问题,对各系统进行故障排查,确定了轮胎异常磨损的原因、解决的措施并进行方案的验证,有效的解决了轮胎异常磨损问题。Tire abnormal abrasion is the integration problem of vehicle. There are many factors that affect it, including Four-wheel-positioning parameters, tire pressure, change rate of camber, change rate of toe, roll camber coefficient and tire performance and so on. Compared with other systemic problems, the resolution of tire abnormal abrasion is more complex and the determination and verification of the scheme will take more time. This paper is based on the tire abnormal abrasion of the company's vehicle, and carries out troubleshooting for all systems. It determines the causes of the abnormal abrasion, the scheme to solve and verification of the scheme. The scheme effectively solves the tire abnormal abrasion of our company's vehicle.
