摘　　要：随着人们对汽车舒适性要求的提高,汽车异响问题备受关注。文章通过对颠簸路面密封件和车门之间动态异响问题进行受力分析,从车门、车身漆面及密封件涂层等方面找出影响异响的因素,并提出改进方案。为后续车型避免此类异响问题提供了一定的帮助。With the improvement of the requirements of automobile comfort, the problem of automobile noise has attracted much attention. Through the stress analysis of the dynamic noise problem between the seal and the door on the bumpy road, we find out the factors that affect the noise from door, automotive paint and seal coating and propose an improved scheme. It provides a certain help for the follow-up model to avoid the problem of this kind of noise.
