摘 要:将活性炭Fenton再生和微波再生结合,考察了辐照功率和辐照时间的影响,结果表明在功率和时间分别为700 W和2min时再生效率达95.16%,研究了上述再生方法对活性炭吸附性能和结构特性的影响及活性炭经Fenton-微波再生后表面官能团变化,优异的吸附性能源于活性炭再生后孔径分布和比表面积的优化.将此方法用于连续流试验,同样考察了辐照功率和辐照时间的影响,在功率为2 000 W,时间为50s时再生效率达到83.66%.在此条件下进行6次循环吸附再生,前3次再生效果较好,随着次数的增加,吸附性能下降.The experiment was carried for the regeneration of reactive brilliant red exhausted activated carbon by Fenton-microwave on it in the present work.The factors of microwave power and irradiation time were studied.The experiment results showed that,when microwave power and irradiation time were 700 Wand 2 min respectively,the regeneration rate was 95.16%.The effect of Fenton-microwave regeneration on X-3 Badsorption of activated carbon and structural properties was examined as well.A higher adsorption uptake comes from the optimization of pore size distribution and surface area.The factors of microwave power and irradiation time were also investigated in a continuous flow experiment.The result showed that the regeneration rate reached to 83.66% when microwave power and irradiation time were 2 000 W and 50 s.Successive adsorption-regeneration cycles were carried out under the optimal condition,the regeneration rate maintained high level in the first three cycles and then decreased afterwards.
