摘 要:针对电磁屏蔽薄膜屏蔽效能的宽频段测试需求,设计了一种频率范围覆盖30 MHz^8 GHz的新型法兰同轴法测试装置。采用同轴传输线原理确定了装置的框架及基本尺寸,在仿真软件中创新性采用电容补偿及电感补偿原理进行优化设计,解决了装置阻抗不匹配的问题。加工了法兰同轴测试装置,装置的驻波比小于1.2,比较仿真和实测结果,两者数据吻合良好。最后,对电磁屏蔽薄膜进行数据测试及分析,实验结果表明,新型装置能有效应用于电磁屏蔽薄膜在频率范围30 MHz^8 GHz的屏蔽效能测试。A novel flanged coaxial tester ranges frequency from 30 MHz to 8 GHz for electromagnetic shielding(SE) measurement is developed, to satisfy the measurement needs in higher frequency for electromagnetic shielding film. Based on the theory of coaxial transmission line, the sketch of tester was designed and basic sizes were calculated. Then the tester was optimized in 3 D simulation software using the techniques of capacitance compensation and induction compensation for impedance match. The tester was manufactured and measured, achieving the VSWR less than 1.2, which was in close agreement with simulated results. In the end, the SE of electromagnetic shielding film was measured and analyzed. The research results showed that the novel tester can be applied to measurement of SE for electromagnetic shielding film in higher frequency bands(30 MHz-8 GHz).
